Lottery grants for disabled people
Grants funded by Lotto help to pay for equipment for eligible disabled people who want to be more closely involved in their communities.
About the fund
The Lottery Funding for Equipment for People with a Disability is available for eligible disabled people.
The fund is managed by the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA).
How it works
You can apply if your disability is a long-term (6 months or longer) limiting condition that affects your ability to take part in your community.
The grant is usually paid to the business supplying your equipment.

You can apply using DIA’s Community Advice and Grants portal.
If you’re under 18, someone must apply for the grant on your behalf.
