Lottery grants for people with disabilities

Grants funded by Lotto help to pay for equipment for people with disabilities who want to be more closely involved in their communities.

Equipment could include a mobility scooter or vehicle, car modifications, communication equipment or an assistance dog.

The grant is usually paid to the business supplying your equipment.

Who can get it

You can apply if your disability is a long-term, limiting condition that affects your ability to take part in your community. Long term means 6 months or longer.

You might be able to get other forms of help if you cannot get a lottery grant.
