Content not licensed under the Creative Commons licence
The following content available from the Govt.nz app is not licensed under the Creative Commons licence:
- The New Zealand Government logo, coat of arms, branding and any other symbols, logos or trademarks of the New Zealand Government, Crown or any department or agency of the Government.
- Govt.nz brand logos and trademarks, including the brand mark and the names “Govt.nz” and “Govt.nz app”.
- Any third-party material, unless expressly stated to be published under the Creative Commons licence.
- Any photography, illustrations, animations and sound files used by Govt.nz.
- All database materials, software, designs and other intellectual property rights of any nature, which are owned by the New Zealand Government and other third parties.
