The Catch History Review Committee can review decisions made by the Chief Executive of the Ministry for Primary Industries.

A person can appeal decisions about:

• eligibility to receive provisional catch history or fishing quota
• allocation of provisional catch history or quota based on catch history
• quantum of reported eligible catch.
