They:

• invest in the next generation of Pacific leaders who will make a long-lasting difference in the private and public sectors across the region
• work with the Pacific public and private sectors to strengthen commercial and trade relationships
• run training programmes for Pacific farmers and small and medium-sized businesses, and
• organise and lead business missions to develop trade and investment partnerships between Māori business leaders and Pacific Island resource owners.
