Office of Human Rights Proceedings

They provide legal representation for people who claim to have been unlawfully discriminated against, and help them take their case to the Human Rights Review Tribunal. 

When the Privacy Commissioner decides someone’s privacy has been interfered with, he refers the case to them so they can bring it to the Tribunal.
